The Inspection Process |
|
A home inspection is a visual, non-intrusive examination of the home and the operating systems. Our Home Inspectors are trained and certified to apply the ASHI Standards of Practice in defining the depth of the inspection.
What all this means is that we are looking for any of four issues:
· Is it broken or in need of repair? · Is it an improper or unconventional installation? · Is it nearing the end of its serviceable and/or functional life? · Is it a health or safety concern?
