Our inspections are conducted using a field–tested reporting program that guides the client step-by-step through the inspection  process, with the inspector explaining each point.  When the physical inspection has been completed, the client is presented with a copy of the report in binder format, with tabbed sections covering every inspection point.  This report binder also includes a copy of the contract, as well as numerous preventive maintenance tips for future reference.
